Return and Exchange Policy

IDSport operates in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumers' Rights". As we are a manufacturer of custom-made goods based on individual orders, our return conditions have specific distinctions.

1. Non-Defective Goods (Proper Quality) According to Appendix No. 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172, and Art. 13, part 5, p. 3 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumers' Rights", goods made to individual order (application of names, numbers, logos, individual design, non-standard sizes) are not subject to return or exchange if they comply with the approved technical specifications and do not have manufacturing defects.

Please carefully check the mock-ups and size charts before approving the order.

2. Defective Goods (Manufacturing Defects) The client has the right to return or exchange the product if it has clear manufacturing defects (fabric damage, incorrectly applied inscriptions due to the manufacturer's fault, size discrepancy with the approved size chart).

Terms and conditions for returning defective goods:

Returns are possible within 14 days from the moment of receiving the order.
The item must not show signs of use (washing, wearing), and tags must be preserved.

3. Return Procedure If you discover a defect:

Contact us by phone or via messengers (listed in contacts), providing a photo of the defect.
After confirmation by the manager, send the product to our production address.

4. Refunds and Shipping Costs

Shipping costs: In case of returning a product with a manufacturing defect (manufacturer's fault), shipping is paid by IDSport.
Refund period: Funds are returned to the client's bank card or bank account within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product at our warehouse.
Exchange: At the client's request, instead of a refund, we can remake the order free of charge and send a new product.
